Honda x Simple Habit or Digital Pet
In the realm of built in wellness applications, there is the idea of doing a brand partnership similar to the Calm x Lincoln partnership or the idea of applying practices found in those kinds of apps to a friendly car companion found in the infotainment system.
Imagine if you have a back seat buddy that noticed when you felt stressed or restless and could nudge you to do a self care activity to help! What if your companion earned new stuff or grew with you as you both participated in meditations?
From here I cleaned up a potential sketch some but mostly think about this as a moving thing.
I think of your buddy always hanging out with you. If you navigate away on the system, your friend follows. Playful at heart I see these little guys occasionally getting the zoomies across the bottom of the screen or flopping over in the corner for a nap when you feel tired. I picture these digital companions as a mirror and a playful way to better understand yourself or your kid.
What ways could brain computer interfacing make digital companions more immersive? How could a digital pet that mirrors your moods and reactions help you to learn about yourself?
