My approach to my survey creation was gaining an understanding of the attitude users have while using the feature of their chosen banking app. The questions that were included in the survey were:
What is your age?
What financial institution do you currently bank with?
How do you most often utilize your banking services? Rank from most used (1) to least used (3)
Rank from most used (1) to least used used (6) services that your bank provides:
How often are you using your banking app to track your progress towards meeting your financial goals?
How often do you break down your larger financial goals into smaller steps?
How often do you update or adjust your financial goals once you have started them?
How often do you feel negative emotions (such as stress or frustration) when using your banking app?
How often do you feel positive emotions (such as excitement or relief) when using your banking app?
When you set a financial goal on your banking app do your goals feel overwhelming or manageable?
What additional tools or features would make you feel more in control when saving for the future through your banking app?
